The Economics & Islamic Finance Journal (ECIF) is a peer-reviewed journal managed and published by BacaDulu Publisher in collaboration with LLDIKTI 3 Jakarta that contains the results of research and thoughts from scholars that present the results of the latest theoretical and experimental research related to: (1) Theoretical articles; (2) Empirical studies; (3) Case studies; (4) Literature reviews.

The scope of the Economics & Islamic Finance Journal (ECIF) includes (but is not limited to) economics and finance from an Islamic perspective, as follows:

  • Economics: Contemporary global economic issues from Islamic prespective, Econometrics, Sectors of Islamic Economy, The Halal Industry (Research on halal certification, marketing, and consumption trends), Islamic Trade and Commerce, Islamic Business and Marketing, Ethical business practices in halal food, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and tourism, Islamic Economic Theory (principles of justice, equity, and welfare in Islamic economics), Development Economics in Islamic Perspective, Ethics and Philosophy in Islamics Economics, and other Islamic Economics Systems Policy and Regulation.
  • Finance includes Islamic Finance and Commerce, Islamic Banking, Islamic Social Finance (Zakat, Infaq, Sadaqah, and Waqaf), Islamic Insurance (Takaful), Islamic Accounting and Financial Reporting, Innovations in Islamic Insurance, and other aspects of Islamic financial inclusion.

The publication caters to both scholars and professionals in the field.

The Economics & Islamic Finance Journal (ECIF) publishes three times a year, in April, August, and December.
